How can I place my order at FINEST FLOWERS?

From the product selection page, choose the product you want to order and add it to cart.View all the selected products at your cart page, with an option to modify the selection of any of the products chosen. There you can process your checkout of the products you are purchasing, or continue shopping from the existing Shopping Cart Page.
If you feel your shopping is done, you may proceed to “checkout” to process with payment.

Can I order by e-mail?

With the best of options, our user-friendly website is convenient enough to book your orders. However, considering the tricky norms of schedules we can accept your orders via email.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, we will send you an email with all the required information. You may then log on to verify the order status of your shipment while tracking if it's shipped or not as well as can get the access to know where it reached if it's shipped.

Does Finest Flowers charge sales tax?

We do not charge any amount other than the product itself, it's shipping and handling fee however, there can be any additional charges which may be levied to some areas of shipping imposed by the existing territorial authorities.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to opt for any modification in your order, you may always contact us at our given email within the period of shopping as once the item is shipped; we may not be able to entertain your request of changing or canceling any order and you will be levied with a full charge. We do apologize for the inconvenience you may face in this regard, however in order to not to face any hassle we urge you to go through our returns and shipping policy for further clearance.

How do I place an order for a group?

You may book in bulk, or contact us at our given email address or via our toll-free number anytime to entertain your request for bulk or group orders.

How do I use a promo or coupon code?

Promo Codes or Coupons are actually made to let the customer know how we value them and care about them. These coupons or promos are time bound and can be claimed as per given instructions. You may use them against your shopping while updating them in Promo/Coupon Code Box in your cart before checking out. Once the code is updated by you, you can proceed to checkout and avail the discount as given.

When will I receive my order?

We dispatch all the ordered products from our end within 2 working days, and the whole process of shipping may take 5 working days (except for any delays due to any reasons). You may track your order from our Order Status Page, and revert back to us if your order didn’t reach to you within the time prescribed in the email confirmation to get urgent assistance from our side.

Isn’t the cemetery responsible for maintenance of Peace of mind?

Cemeteries provide basic lawn care to the overall property but are not responsible for the maintenance and continual upkeep of individual gravesites.

How often do you provide care at a Peace of mind?

With all of our beautification bundles we provide year round monthly maintenance and landscaping visits to ensure the grounds are well groomed at all times. This is in addition to the seasonal floral arrangements, headstone cleanings, and rose bouquet deliveries depending on the bundle of your choice.

Since I can’t go to the cemetery, how will I know you performed the services I requested?

We provide you with a photograph taken at the site for view any time via your personal photo gallery that we set you up with on the purchase of our service.

Will you help with my pet’s memorial?

Pets are part of the family as well and we would love to take care of their resting place.

How do I access my photos via the portal?

In order to access photos via your portal you must go to Tim@finestflower.com
 and sign up for an account. Following your order you will receive an email that prompts you to do this. Sign up with the same email you used when checking out and you will then be able to login at anytime to view any of your photos.
